Summer is here and so is the heat. Just in time, we’ve created a coffee cocktail drink perfect for a cool-down break: our take on the piña colada. To make this virgin coffee cocktail, we used our very own Zip Zinger to brew a coffee infused with coconut sugar and then chilled. This sweetened coffee is shaken with banana pineapple juice, a splash of coconut milk, ice, and a lime wedge and then served up with a cherry.
