Santarossa is our dark roast offering – a rotating selection of coffees sourced seasonally from producers we work closely with. Depending on availability, it may feature a single producer or a thoughtfully composed regional blend of smallholder coffees, all chosen to deliver a bold, comforting cup.

Roasted darker to emphasize depth over brightness, Santarossa is built around rich dark chocolate and caramel, with subtle notes of cinnamon and baking spices. The cup is full-bodied and smooth, with lower acidity and a heavier texture – bringing intensity without the bitterness often associated with dark roasts.
